We make every effort to make this the best rough stock event and the most enjoyable event you go to during the year. After your have filled out your entry form you need to follow the credit card link for your event at the bottom of this page to pay your entry fee. An entry without paying your entry fee is really no entry at all.

A very important part of the rodeo weekend is the Friday night Dinner/Dance. This Dinner/Dance is an integral part of our fund raising efforts. We have found that when contestants are present to meet and greet members of the community - share a meal and are formally introduced during the Calcutta auction that charitable contributions are increased dramatically. Your on-time attendance at our dinner makes a big difference. Plan on being there by 6:00pm on Friday December 21st.

We provide each contestant with a complementary dinner ticket.
Discounted companion dinner tickets will be available for purchase.

or discounted single room Friday night. If you choose not to attend
the Friday night events, we will provide

Additional companion passes may be purchased at “CHECK IN” from 10 am until 5 pm, Friday. If you can’t make “CHECK IN”, please call and make arrangements with us

One companion pass is available for each contestant; extra discounted Companion passes are available for sale at “CHECK IN”. Other tickets are available by calling the MetraPark Box Office @ 406-256-2422.

Companion Passes allow entry with contestants & personnel, but no access in the chutes or arena area until the rodeo is over.

Contestant and Companion arm bands will allow access to the After Party, where awards will be given out.

The discount product purchase card in your packet is good for the sales booth at the Dinner and at the rodeo, not at check-in.
